The Webs Site www.dom2.fm, hereinafter referred to as the «Сайт», on the one hand, and the User, the Site user, hereinafter referred to as the «Пользователь», on the other hand, have concluded the present Agreement as follows:
1.1. When visit the Site the User automatically accepts the provisions of this Agreement.
1.2. By using the Site, the User agrees to comply with the provisions of this Agreement existing at the time of viewing or using of the Site by the User.
1.3. The User may not use the Site including to access to the Site, to register, to leave messages on the Site's forum if the User does not agree with the provisions of this Agreement.
1.4. The User may not use the Site and may not agree with the provisions of this Agreement if the User has not come of age.
1.5. The Site has the right to change the provisions of this Agreement at any time. The date of amendment of this Agreement is the date of its publication at the Site. Since the publication of the Agreement at the Site the User shall comply with all the provisions of the Agreement as amended.
1.6. The User shall not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, and transmit to anyone or in any way to make publicly available information from the Site without the consent of its owners. The User agrees not to use the Site for any other purposes except for personal, noncommercial use.
1.7. The User agrees to use the Site only for purposes authorized by the RF legislation, agrees not to violate the rights of third parties, and agrees to limit or prevent third parties from using the Site.
1.8. The terms of this Agreement shall apply to all users of the Site including users who also place on the site video, photographic images, texts including comments, posts on the forum of the Site and other materials on the Site.
1.9. The Site users information including names, images, signature, photographic images placed on the Site is provided "as is" without any changes by the Site, if it meets the requirements of this Agreement.
1.10. The Site is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of this Site, including: 1) loss of data, 2) obtaining damages by users of the Site and/ or third parties including loss of profits, and 3) injury to business reputation of the users of the Site and / or third parties.
1.11. The Site does not guarantee the continuous availability of all functions of the Site as well as the absence of errors on the site, the absence of viruses and the absence of errors in the server software.
2.1. When placing material of the User on the Site (including text, photos, video or audio images, etc.) the User thereby agrees to grant the Site unlimited in time, non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use the User material on the Site. This use includes the reproduction, modification, publication in any form, translation into other languages, and use as a basis for creating other products, distribution, publication and implementation of any other action provided by the RF legislation.
2.2.By placing any materials on the Site the User warrants that:
2.2.1. Materials are created by the User or the User is entitled to dispose of materials in the order established by law;
2.2.2. Materials do not contain insults or defamation;
2.2.3. Publication of the User's materials does not violate the RF legislation.
2.3. By placing any materials on the Site, the User warrants to compensate the Site all costs, damages and any other expenses that may be incurred by the Site in breach of paragraph 2.2 of this Agreement by the User.
2.4. By placing any materials on the Site the User thereby waives any tangible and intangible requirements of the Site on the use of User's materials in any manner described herein.
2.5. The User agrees that the User is responsible for the User's materials on the Site that break this Agreement and the RF legislation and for the consequences of such placing on the Site, including violations of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
2.6. The Site does not express support for any User's materials or any opinion, recommendation and advice contained in them.
2.7. The User warrants that the User has (and will have during the period of the placement of materials on the Site by the User) all necessary licenses, rights, consents and approvals that are required to ensure that the User's materials can be placed on the Site
2.8. It is prohibited for the User on the Site:
2.8.1. to place materials containing a call to violence, incitement of ethnic strife and other information prohibited by the RF legislation.
2.8.2. to place materials containing a threat, defamatory facts, negative or dismissive attitude towards any religion, nationality.
2.8.3. to perfoem any action which may be regarded as spam. Prohibited to upload the same material several times or in different sections. Prohibited to upload material not relevant to the topic in which it was placed.
2.8.4. to use profanity in the Site materials placed by its users.
2.8.5. to offend the forum participants or third parties.
2.8.6. to use obscene words and expressions.
2.8.7. place pornographic material in any form, and to offer links to it.
2.8.8. to publish the addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and any other contact information of other participants of the forum.
2.8.9. to violate the rights of third parties.
2.9. To the User who violates the forum rules sanctions may be imposed up to the cancellation of the User's account and further prohibition of in the forum.
2.10. The Site can block the User account because of violation of the forum rules.
